Qualifications and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

Meet the biblical qualifications for a pastor/elder/overseer (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:5–9; 1 Peter 5:1–4).

Preach and teach Scripture faithfully, with a commitment to expository preaching.

Provide pastoral care and lead the congregation in prayer, discipleship, evangelism, missions, and ministry development.

Affirm the authority, inerrancy, and sufficiency of Scripture; the IFCA International Doctrinal Statement; and CSCC’s doctrinal convictions.

Hold an M.Div. or equivalent theological preparation; prior pastoral experience is strongly preferred.
