Every family that wishes to homeschool in the state of Maryland must submit a Home School Notification Form to their respective county.

This form only needs to be submitted once (not yearly), however if anyone is switching their oversight the form needs to be resubmitted with the new oversight’s information. Though each county has a different, but similar, process for this, the form is the same.
